Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at MLILY. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at csr@mlilyusa.com.
The below policy may be different if you purchased a MLILY product from a third-party retailer. In that case, you would need to contact the retailer where you made the purchase to inquire about their return policy.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to request to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened. We do not accept any returned items that have been opened, used, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Here are the return steps:
1. Contact us: Please contact Customer Service at csr@mlilusa.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. To speed up this process please include a copy of your receipt.
2. Print your shipping label: Once the return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance.
3. Ship it back to us: After receiving return instructions from us, drop off your package at the indicated carrier location. Once it ships, use the tracking in your shipping label to track its progress.
4. Processing: Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll then issue a refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
If you return your items without contacting us in advance, we reserve the right to decline the return/refund and will not be able to reimburse any shipping costs incurred.
Refund
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Issue
If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us directly as soon as your receive the item.
Warranty Issue
All MLILY products come with a Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Please contact us or go to our Warranty page for more details on what it covers.
