MLILY mattresses are made with standard bed dimensions. Please compare the bed slot dimensions in your RV or camper to our standard bed sizes to verify the correct fit. But no matter where you use your mattress, we recommend protecting your investment by using an MLILY mattress protector.
A split king bed combines two twin XL mattresses that come together to form a king-size bed. You may want a split king bed if you and your sleep partner have different firmness preferences or general sleep differences. Any two MLILY Twin XL mattresses can be used in a split king sleep system. Purchase a split king sleep system, select your MLILY twin XL mattress. Add your mattress selection to the online shopping cart. Change the mattress quantity to (2). Follow the same process for your adjustable base selection -- add a base to the online shopping cart and change the quantity to (2). No, we do not use latex in our products. Instead, MLILY has produced a proprietary latex-like material called AdaptiFoam™ that is safe for those with latex allergies or sensitivities. All MLILY foams are Certi-PUR certified. For more information on this certification, visit CertiPUR.us.
Yes! If your MLILY product was damaged during the shipment process, please immediately contact customer service specialists to open a claim and receive a replacement.
Ensure your mattress is supported by a firm, flat foundation such as a foundation box, semi-flex box spring, or platform bed with adequate slats that are less than 2” apart. A foundation using slats that are more than 2” apart will cause memory foam to become wavy. If your current foundation has any dips, sags, or soft spots, it might be time for a replacement! We recommend platform beds or an MLILY adjustable base to receive the best performance from your mattress.
The weight limit for our mattresses is about 700lbs. Your mattresses’ dimensions are located on its law tag (attached to the top edge of the mattress) and can assist you in purchasing additional accessories to fit your mattress.
Slipping sheets are often caused by the cooling fabric on our mattress covers. We suggest using bed clips to hold the sheets in place. For our 12” to 15” mattresses, we recommend deep-pocket style sheets. Your mattresses’ dimensions are located on its law tag (attached to the top edge of the mattress) to help assist you in purchasing the best sheets to fit your mattress.
Please allow at least 24 to 48 hours to rise to its full size. You may experience a "fresh foam" odor. It is not harmful and should dissipate after several days once unpacked and aired out. Unpacking the mattress in a well-ventilated area is recommended.

Warranty FAQ

Most product covers can be replaced. For products without a removable cover, a separate solution may apply. Please get in touch with our customer service specialists for more information.
To process your claim, our customer service specialists will need proof of the original purchase, several photos of your MLILY product and the issue, the product’s law tags (located at the top edge of the mattress), and a written description of the concern. We will also need your contact and shipping information.

MLILY’s 10-Year Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with exceptions stated fully in our warranty policy. Our 10-Year warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty. It does not cover any additional coverage offered by individual stores, distributors, or other points of sale in or outside of the United States of America.

MLILY memory foam and hybrid products are compressed and vacuumed sealed for shipping convenience. Your package will be shipped via FedEx directly to your door.
MLILY USA ships to all 50 states. Additional shipping costs apply to Hawaii and Alaska. MLILY USA does not ship internationally.
Shipping is free on all MLILY products when purchased directly through www.mlilyusa.com.

Products purchased directly from MLILYUSA.com, MLILYMATTRESS.com, or products purchased through an independent retailer are not eligible for RETURN. All sales are final, and all individual purchase policies apply only to the retailer where the original sale is made.

While our retailers can sell the product online through their direct websites, MLILY reserves the right to sell directly on third-party sites. Begin a warranty claim HERE. Before starting your warranty claim, please gather the following information on your MLILY product:

  • Location of original purchase

Unpacking & Setup

Using the remote control push the HEAD UP and FOOT UP buttons simultaneously. While holding the HEAD UP and FOOT UP buttons push the blue pairing button on the pairing box. The pairing box, a small box approximately 1.25 x .75 inches and is located on the cord between the power supply and control box. On some models, it is a pairing oval instead of a box. The base will be paired when you hear a quick beep after holding the three buttons for just a few seconds.
Unpack the adjustable base in the room in will be going into if possible. Ensure that all legs are even and fully engaged with the bed frame before flipping the adjustable base over for use. Insert the batteries into the remote and pair it with the base.
