Limited Warranty Overview

The Limited Warranty covering Manufacturers Defects is designed to bring peace of mind to consumers once they purchase MLILY products.

Each products’ warranty length is tailored to its specific materials and construction methods and are set for 10 year, 5 year, or 3 year time spans.

The only exception to this rule applies to Adjustable Bases which have a 10 year warranty covering the Frame while a 2 year warranty covers all Electronics and Motors.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse; (b) failure to follow care instructions; (c) wear and tear, including rips, tears, or soiling; (d) fabric stains or damage; (e) mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector; (f) products used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes; (g) normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 1 inch in depth); or (h) damage caused by uneven support; (j) products sold “as is”, floor samples, second hand parties, non-retail establishments or received as a promotional item; (k) or any personal comfort preference changes.

All Law Tags must be attached to the products for our warranty to be properly and efficiently processed.

Your receipt is your proof of purchase. Please make a copy of your receipt at the time of purchase along with any supporting documents from your original point of sale. Please register your product with us for easier warranty claims and special offers.

Shelf-life Statement

All MLILY products are designed to have a minimum shelf-life of 360 days from the Manufactured Date.

The Shelf-life is the minimum time, documented as the number of days, during which material properties can be expected to remain under recommended storage and handling conditions, and assuming no material or packaging tampering. This time span was determined through testing via various means on individual materials and finished products.

To ensure optimal performance and maintain warranty coverage, all products purchased from MLILY should be opened and fully expanded within 300 days of the Purchase Date.

Failure to properly handle and open the products within this timespan voids the Limited Warranty covering Manufacturers Defects.

Proper storage in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity is highly recommended.

For best results we recommend opening your MLILY products as soon as you receive them and not storing them in a packaged state for lengthy periods of time.
