MLILY Sleep to Perform Sweepstakes

Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering the Mlily Sleep to Perform Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility

The Mlily Sleep to Perform Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees and their immediate family members of MlilyUSA Inc. (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc., d/b/a The A Team (“Administrator”), and each of their respective representatives, franchisees, parents, retailers, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising or promotion agencies, and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and all facts at any time, and all Sweepstakes entrants (“Entrants”) agree to cooperate in any verification process/request.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 10, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 20, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter

Standard Online Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit mlilyusa.com/pages/sleeptoperform (the “Website”) and complete the online entry form. All fields must be completed. Incomplete submissions are void. Limit: One (1) standard online entry per person, per email address, per household during the Sweepstakes Period. Attempts to exceed stated limits using multiple identities, email addresses, or devices may result in disqualification.

Bonus Entry - Receipt Upload (Optional): During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may earn bonus entries by uploading a valid purchase receipt for qualifying MLILY products purchased from an authorized MLILY retailer on the Website. Each qualifying product purchase earns ten (10) bonus entries per $100 spent. Limit: Five (5) receipt-based bonus entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Superstar Bonus Entry - In-Store only (Optional): Entrants can earn ten (10) additional bonus entries by visiting participating MLILY retailers and locating the "Superstar Code" displayed on MLILY Manchester United product signage. Enter the code on the Website to receive the Superstar Bonus Entry. Limit: One (1) store-code bonus entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry: To enter for free and without making a purchase, neatly handprint on a piece of paper your name, complete address (with ZIP code), date of birth, email address (if available). Then, mail your completed entry in a stamped first-class hand addressed envelope to: Mlily Sleep to Perform Sweepstakes, PO Box 1468, Social Circle, GA 30025. Each valid mail in entry counts as one (1) standard entry. Limit of forty (40) mail-in entries per person during the Sweepstakes period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 20, 2026 and received by July 27, 2026.

Entry Limits (All Methods Combined)

Total entries per person, including standard, bonus entries and mail-in entries, may not exceed one hundred (100) entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Attempting to exceed stated limits using multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or automated means is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or automated systems to exceed stated limits is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Receipts must clearly display the retailer name, date of purchase, and qualifying product(s). Altered, duplicate, incomplete, or unverifiable receipts are void and will not be accepted.

Receipts may not be submitted more than once. Receipt images that cannot be verified will be rejected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to request original receipts for verification purposes.

Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited and grounds for disqualification. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect entries or other sweepstakes materials, all of which are void, or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems or interruptions in operations.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of the Entrant in connection with an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Account associated with the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor may require proof of authorization. The total entry limit applies across all entry methods combined.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

A random drawing will be held on or about August 3, 2026, to select One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner, Six (6) First Prizes Winners and Twenty-four (24) Second Prize Winners, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants irrevocably agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided when completing the entry form on or around August 5, 2026. Potential winners are responsible for checking their email spam filters and ensuring that the contact information associated with their Account is accurate. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) business days after the initial notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Each potential winner as a condition to receiving any prize, may be required to sign and return a Declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release or similar document, except where prohibited (“Prize Claim Documents”) and complete, sign, and submit to Sponsor or Administrator an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent form with all required information within five (5) business days of notification to winner of his/her prize eligibility. If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

5. Prizes & Prize Pools & Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”)

A total of thirty-one (31) prizes will be awarded.

A. Prize Pools

Prizes will be awarded from separate, independent prize pools, as follows:

National Prize Pool

Includes all eligible online and mail-in entries submitted nationwide

Eligible for One (1) Grand Prize

Twenty-four (24) Second Place Prizes

Retailer / Location Prize Pools

Certain First Place Prizes will be awarded from designated in-store prize pools (“Location Prize Pools”). Each Location Prize Pool consists solely of entries submitted in connection with qualifying in-store activities at participating locations, as identified in promotional materials at those locations.

Entries earned through qualifying in-store activities are automatically placed into the applicable Location Prize Pool. Online entries and mail-in entries are placed only into the National Prize Pool and are not eligible for Location Prize Pools. The free mail-in method provides equal opportunity to enter the National Prize Pool. Certain First Place Prizes are available only through in-store activities, which do not require a purchase.

Six (6) First Place Prizes

Each entry is placed only into the applicable prize pool(s) based on the entry method and information provided at the time of entry.

B. Prize Descriptions

Grand Prize (1 – National Pool) - Manchester United Sleep System including:

One (1) Manchester United 12" Dream Mattress

One (1) MS100 Adjustable Base

Two (2) Manchester United Pillows

ARV: $2,556

First Place Prizes (6 – Retailer / Location Pools) - Manchester United 12" Dream Mattress. ARV: up to $1,199 each, depending on size

Second Place Prizes (24 – National Pool) - Manchester United Pillow. ARV: $129 each

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $12,846

No cash equivalent, substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize is permitted, except as expressly provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each applicable prize pool.

National Pool odds are determined separately from Retailer/Location Pool odds

Entry method does not affect odds within a given prize pool

7. Miscellaneous

Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (b) telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus or otherwise resulting in any computer or mobile device from such person’s participation in the Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a notice on mlilyusa.com/pages/sleeptoperform and, to the extent possible, winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the termination date. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or otherwise with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, may be disqualified. Entries that contain errors or are incomplete or received after the relevant entry period will not be accepted.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt or use of any prize constitutes each winner’s consent for the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

8. Release of Liability

By participating, each Entrant releases Sponsor, Administrator and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and all other persons and entities associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize, and each Entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes, other than those disputes specifically arising from a winner’s receipt or use of the Prize, shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Tennessee, and each Entrant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of said courts and waives any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATED LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

9. Data

Any information Entrant submits is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at mlilyusa.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in Sponsor’s referenced privacy policy.

10. Winner List

For the list of Winner names, available approximately thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope on/before August 31, 2026 to: Winners List, Sleep to Perform Sweepstakes, PO Box 1468, Social Circle, GA 30025.
