Thank you for shopping at MLILY. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at csr@mlilyusa.com . Returns may differ if your MLILY product was purchased through a third-party retailer.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.
We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Return Steps
- Contact Customer Service at csr@mlilyusa.com and include the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Include your receipt to speed up the process.
- Print Your Shipping Label. Once your request is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label. If you cannot print it, a carrier location can assist you.
- Ship Your Return. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location and track your shipment using the provided label.
Processing
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Return Notes
- Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
- Do not ship returns to the address listed on your package.
- If an item arrives damaged during shipment, contact us immediately.
- MLILY products also include a Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
