Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MLILY. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at csr@mlilyusa.com . Returns may differ if your MLILY product was purchased through a third-party retailer.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging.

We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Return Steps

  • Contact Customer Service at csr@mlilyusa.com and include the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Include your receipt to speed up the process.
  • Print Your Shipping Label. Once your request is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label. If you cannot print it, a carrier location can assist you.
  • Ship Your Return. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location and track your shipment using the provided label.

Processing

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Return Notes

  • Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
  • Do not ship returns to the address listed on your package.
  • If an item arrives damaged during shipment, contact us immediately.
  • MLILY products also include a Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
