About MLILY
MLILY develops its own foams, pours them on its own lines and tests them against its own benchmarks. This is how the company got here, where the mattresses are made, and what stands behind them.
Our story
Most mattress brands start with a mattress. We started with the equipment that makes one.
Our parent company, Healthcare Co., Ltd., opened its first factory in 2003 developing mattress machinery, and that origin still shapes how we work. Because we understood the machines first, we were able to move upstream into the chemistry: formulating our own memory foams, pouring them on our own lines, and testing them against our own benchmarks.
The MLILY brand launched in 2008, and MLILY USA followed in 2010. Today we develop, pour, cut, sew, quilt and test every layer in-house. There is no white-label foam in an MLILY mattress and no point in the chain where quality gets handed off to someone else.
Milestones
How a machinery workshop became a global sleep company with plants on two US coasts.

Our Goodyear, Arizona plant opens: 644,000 sq ft of US manufacturing capacity and hundreds of American jobs.

Our US manufacturing pours foam, builds mattresses and ships them from American soil, supporting American jobs and putting your mattress within a few days' drive of most of the country. Through our partnership with the International Chiropractors Association, products are evaluated for spinal alignment, pressure distribution and ergonomic support.
Our people
We are proud to create hundreds of jobs across the US, and equally proud of the people behind our products: the line operators in Goodyear, the drivers who get pallets out the door, and the in-house support team that answers when you call.
Our customer care is US-based, which means the person helping you with a warranty claim works in the same company as the person who quilted your mattress cover. That is a short line, and it keeps everyone honest.
