What is the difference between WellFlex and WellFlex ICE?

The standard WellFlex is a 12-inch memory foam mattress. WellFlex ICE is 14 inches and adds 2 inches of cooling foams, an Enhanced Cooling Knit Fabric Cover, and ActiveTemp phase change material for enhanced temperature regulation.

Which WellFlex ICE firmness should I choose?

Choose 1.0 Firmer if you sleep on your back or stomach and want minimal sink. Choose 3.0 Plusher if you sleep on your side and want more pressure relief at the shoulders and hips.

Does it work with an adjustable base?

Yes. It's designed to flex with an adjustable base, and MLILY recommends a platform bed or an MLILY adjustable base for the best performance.

Is there a weight limit?

MLILY mattresses support about 700 lbs total. For the longest life, use a solid platform foundation or an MLILY adjustable base.

Is there a sleep trial?

MLILY doesn't offer an in-home sleep trial. Items bought on mlilyusa.com can be returned within 30 days if they're unused and unopened in the original packaging. The best way to test the feel first is to lie on it at an MLILY retailer near you.
