You have 30 calendar days to request to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened. We do not accept any returned items that have been opened, used, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

We do not accept returned items that weresent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please do notsend your return to the address on your package. That is not our return addressand will affect the processing of your return.If you return your items without contactingus in advance, we reserve the right to decline the return/refund and will notbe able to reimburse any shipping costs incurred.
