To begin a warranty claim, all the information you’ll need is: 

  • Your contact information
  • Location of original purchase 
  • Proof of original purchase (such as invoice/receipt)
  • Images of your MLILY product, including law tags, the products defect, and mattress foundation or base (if applicable) 
  • The products law tags (typically found along the seam)
  • A written description of the issue
