NE500S Base

Oh my gosh. I have had back issues all my life. I am constantly stretching and trying to relieve my lower back pain to no avail. I am in the process of buying a new mattress and decided to splurge and go to an adjustable base as well. This base arrived before my new mattress, so I threw my old one on it, and holy heck.

Love this bed frame! It works really well and really reliably. Motor is really strong and has no problem moving me. I am extremely large person, and it supports me with ease. You can tell it was well made frame and very sturdy.

It all comes in a surprisingly small box that was easy to manage. Once you open the box it’s just a matter of screwing the 6 legs into the bottom of the frame and plugging it in. The frame feels very sturdy, and the operation is very quiet and smooth. Highly recommend to anybody looking to save money on an adjustable bed frame!

Purchased the regular King one piece base. This thing is heavy, took 3 people to get it upstairs. Very good quality. Had it setup in about 20 min. No issues. Same base at the mattress stores for half the price!

The base is good for lying flat, but as the bed rises, there is a gap that increases in the middle. My mattress sinks into the gap making it very uncomfortable. My old base was much better for watching TV or reading.
