The WellFlex 2.0's design complements the WellFlex 1.0 but with a medium feel. Like the 1.0 model, it also contains layers of memory foam specializing in breathability, increased comfort, and extended coolness. This mattress also works exceptionally well with adjustable bases due to its high flexibility and low depth profile.

Orders are processed within two business with an average delivery time between 2-5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock and availability. FedEx Ground ships products purchased through our website. White Glove Service and certain adjustable bases may require additional shipping time and will be scheduled with you through our team of Customer Service Specialists.

White Glove Service
Glove Service is an option for specific MLILY products that includes delivery and setup with your purchase. If purchasing a White Glove qualifying product, our team will ship your order to a delivery provider near you. Once the delivery provider receives your items (usually 5-7 days after ordering), their customer service representative will contact you directly to schedule your delivery. How to setup your new MLILY mattress

Unbox

Open box and carefully pull out rolled mattress.

Unroll

Carefully cut open protective bag to remove and unroll mattress. Take care to not use a knife on the protective bag.

Expand

Place mattress on bed frame or foundation to let it expand for 24 to 48 hours.

The piece itself is excellent. Good quality. Remote works well. There is even a zero-gravity button, and an extra head tilt — not just the upper body lift, but a more specific head tilt that is great for reading working in bed.

Too soft

The ordering process needs refinement, and the White Glove delivery is not really an option in some areas due to distance and cost. The ordering process is cumbersome and looking back it would have been better for us to order 2 separate orders, but the cost was prohibitive. She like a soft bed I like a firm bed, she won, and I struggle to sleep a full night and getting out of the bed is a struggle once in the bed. The mattress is nice, plush but too soft.

Received the bed, unpacked both bases. First one was easy to install. I liked the option to have shorter legs by simply separating the two halves. The second base linkage for the head motor was disassembled and loose but I found the pin and clip loose in the mechanism and repaired it myself. Bed is sturdy and all functions work well.

Great product. Great communication for delivery. Sturdy. Would be 5 stars but there is a creaking noise, only on one side, of the top when you raise or lower it. But would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an adjustable bed
